Rachael Lehman is an affiliate faculty member at Metropolitan State College of Denver, Community College of Aurora and Colorado Community Colleges Online and a Data Management Assistant at Community College of Aurora’s Office of Institutional Research. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and Political Science and Master’s of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Missouri, and a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from Texas Woman’s University. She is currently ABD in Sociology at Texas Woman’s University. Her doctoral research is in unsupportive food environments and food justice. Other research and teaching interests are Urban Sociology, Feminist Theory, Sociology of Water, Counter-Terrorism, and Popular Culture.
